Today (15.11.2021), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2015 itself has been dismissed as withdrawn by the Family Court, Chengalpattu vide order dated 06.09.2021. Therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition and also, he has made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the petitioner's counsel, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
