Defendants Prayer: The Civil Suit has been filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C praying to pass a judgment and decree:- (a) directing the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.2,83,13,944/- being the principal and interest calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from the respective dates of supply after giving sixty days credit, upto 31.08.2011; (b) directing the defendants to pay future interest at the rate of 24% per annum on the principal of Rs.1,83,70,500/- from the date of plaint till the date of realization;

(c) directing the defendants to pay the cost of this suit; For Plaintiff : Mr.T.Thiyagarajan

JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil suit and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. The learned counsel has also filed a Memo dated 17.11.2022 seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the same.
