O R D E R

(Made by S.M. SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The present review application has been instituted challenging the order dated 10.03.2011 made in M.P. No. 1 of 2011 in M.P. SR. No. 21105 of 2011 in M.P. No. 1 of 2009 in Review Application SR No. 92682 of 2008.

Originally, the petitioner had filed an application to review the judgment dated 12.09.2008 passed in W.A. No.756 of 2008. As there was a delay in re-presentation, a petition to condone the said delay was filed along with the review application. On 30.07.2009, the petition to condone the delay in re-presentation was dismissed for non-prosecution. Thereafter, a petition was filed to set aside the said order dated 30.07.2009 along with a delay condonation petition as there was a delay of 551 days. The delay condonation petition was dismissed by the Division Bench as the reasons stated for condoning such a huge delay were not convincing. Consequently, the review application also came to be rejected at SR stage. The present 2\4

review application is filed questioning the said rejection. 3.

The delay in filing the set aside petition was enormous and therefore, it was rejected. No review needs to be maintained as against the said rejection order. That being so, the present review application stands dismissed. No costs.
