Claiming to be the owner of the property, the petitioner made two representations on 18.02.2016 to the Block Development Officer, Village Panchayat, Omalur, Salem District and the District Collector, Salem District. The petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also made representation to respondents 1 to 4 on 03.09.2016 inter alia alleging that at the instance of the respondent No.4, a demolition has taken place followed by construction. Therefore, the petitioner sought for construction to be stopped followed by appropriate direction. As no action is forthcoming even thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Despite notice having been served, none appears for the fifth respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the representation is pending with the respondents, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the said representations dated 18.02.2016 and 03.09.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
