Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to process the petitioner's online applications dated 28.02.2016 and 19.02.2016 respectively generated on 09.03.2016 and 10.03.2016 respectively for recognition to star a four years B.Pharms course from the academic year 2016-17 by conducting appropriate inspection and grant recognition with effect from

the academic year 2016-17 by accepting the planning permission granted for the building by the Kalyani Panchayat dated 20.02.2010 and 20.10.2007 respectively.
