O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an FIR, on the complaint dated 19.01.2016, given by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.01.2016, it is seen that this petitioner had a dispute with the opposite party and his family members, in connection with which, a case in O.S.No.55 of 2015 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Palacode. It is alleged by the petitioner that on 17.01.2016, at about 5.00 p.m. in the evening, the opposite parties have entered into his land and abused him.
4. If the opposite parties have violated any injunction order passed by the Court below, it is open to the petitioner to file a contempt petition.
Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the complaint, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
it is not a fit case to issue direction to the respondent-Police to register an FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
