ORDER

The petitioner-wife has filed the present transfer petition seeking to withdraw the HMOP.No133 of 2024 filed by the respondent-husband before the Subordinate Court, Devakkotai and transfer the same to Family Court, 1/4

Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the respondent-husband has no objection in allowing the transfer petition filed by the petitioner-wife. However, the learned counsel would submit that the personal appearance of the respondent may be dispensed with before the Family Court, Chennai.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Taking into account the convenience of the petitioner and also that the respondent has no objection in allowing the transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.133 of 2024 to Family Court, Chennai, the Tr.CMP is allowed, and H.M.O.P.No.133 of 2024 pending on the file of Sub Court, Devakkotai, is withdrawn from its file and transferred to Family Court, Chennai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Chennai is required to dispense with the hearing of respondent-husband for every hearings, except on essential hearings, counseling and recording evidence. For non-essential and 2/4
