This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent, the Commissioner of Police, Chennai to direct the CCB Land Grabbing Cell, Chennai, to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 20.1.2014 against the said person. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 20.1.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted by the third respondent and the same was closed on 24.12.2014.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
