Mr.R.Vinothraja Government Advocate(Criminal Side) Order This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 20.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.18649 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1962 of 2025 that the petitioner should appear before the Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the above Criminal Revision. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 20.11.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.18649 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1952 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
