(Made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Learned Special Government appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 28.8.2014 in Contempt Petition No.1875 of 2014, Writ Appeal No.648 of 2014 and W.P.No.3972 of 2014 has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The first respondent in the affidavit filed in SubApplication No75 of 2015 dated 25.2.2015 and the second respondent in the affidavit dated Nil February, 2015 have expressed their unconditional apology for not implementing the orders passed by this Court immediately and have also explained the reasons. This Court is inclined to accept the said reasons for the delay in implementing the order passed by this Court.

3. Since the common order dated 28.8.2014 passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No.1875 of 2014, Writ Appeal No.648 of 2014 and W.P.No.3972 of 2014 has been complied with, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, Sub-Application No.75 of 2015 is also closed.
