Crl.O.P.No.4400 of 2019 and Crl.MP.No.2528 of 2020 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., This petition has been filed by the accused no.3 to quash the proceedings in CC.No.418 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already A1 and A2 have filed Crl.OP.No.3973 of 2018 to quash the proceedings against them, in which their personal appearance before the Trial Court was dispensed with. He further submitted that the same benefit may be extended to the petitioner herein also.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, issue notice to the second respondent returnable by 31.03.2020. Private notice is also permitted.

4. Till then, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with.
