The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the proposed petitioners viz., 1) Vasathi 2) Renuka 3) Rekha and 4) Ramkumar being the legal heirs of the deceased R.Udayan, the 18th petitioner herein as writ petitioners 24 to 27 in the above writ petition.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Post the case on 15.07.2022.
