Application No.943 of 2020 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., The present Application has been filed seeking to extend the time-period for completion of arbitral proceedings and passing of award by the Arbitral Tribunal until 24.02.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no serious objection to this Application being allowed.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application, the time-period for completion of arbitral proceedings and passing of award by the Arbitral Tribunal is extended to a further period of eight months and the Application is ordered accordingly.
