This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to record the cross examination of the plaintiff side such as plaintiff and the second witness found in the Will dated 26.03.1987 executed by Late Rukami Bai, W/o.Lae Duraisamy in TOS No.18 of 2010 pending on the file of this Court.

Ms.V.Shri Varshini, Advocate, Enrolment No. 7758/2021, Chamber: 33, Law Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai-600 104 / Office: Flat No.4, Ground Floor, 141, Eldams Road, Teynampet, Chennai-600 018 (Cell No.8790169991) is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner to record the cross examination of the plaintiff side such as plaintiff and the second witness found in the Will dated 26.03.1987 executed by Late Rukami Bai, W/o.Late Duraisamy in TOS No.18 of 2010. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) and the same shall be paid by the applicant/plaintiff, directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The witnesses shall appear before the Additional Master-II, through video conferencing on 08.08.2023.

4. Registry is directed to list the matter before the Additional Master-II, for recording evidence on 08.08.2023.
