Writ Petition No.4956 of 2014 filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to constitute an expert committee to go into the representation made by the petitioner vide his letter dated 2nd February 2014 and frame proper guidelines within the four corners of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.
