There is a delay of 35 days in filing the Writ Appeal in W.A.SR.No.22200 of 2021.

2.Mr.Karthik Lakshmanan for Ms.A.L.Ganthimathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has not explained the reasons for the delay in a proper manner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3.However, we are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.A.L.Ganthimathi, at the time of listing the Writ Appeal for admission.
