The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 05.01.2022 of the petitioner and investigate into the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.01.2022, a case has been registered in Crime No.163 of 2022 for the offence under Section 294(b), 506(i) of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
