This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to cancel the bail granted to the 2nd Respondent by this Court in Crl.OP.No.4641 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023. 2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 23.03.2023 on the ground that the second respondent had not complied with the conditions.

3.This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the second respondent on condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of crime number and shall appear before the respondent police everyday. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the second respondent/accused has complied with the conditions regularly. 5.Learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent had deposited a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.63 of 2023 and also produced the deposit receipt.

4.Therefore, this Court finds that the second respondent has not violated any conditions. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent cannot canceled and this Petition is dismissed. 21.03.2025 sai 2/4
