C.M.P.Nos. 5371 of 2018 & 286 of 2020 in C.R.P.PD 3388 of 2015 V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.

These are the petitions filed seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of 8th petitioner and 1st petitioner as petitioners 9 to 13 in the above C.R.P.

2. According to the petitioners, 8th petitioner died on 09.11.2017 and the 1st petitioner died on 21.11.2019.

3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. Considering the fact that, the legal representatives of 1st and 8th petitioners have filed the above petitions in time, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, all the petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 8th and 1st petitioners are impleaded as petitioners 9 to 13 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter for final hearing on 07.02.2020.
