ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the private complaint pending in C.C.No. 1856 of 2021 on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court-II), Egmore, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that already the private complaint filed before the trial court was disposed of. So, the prayer sought by the petitioner in this petition as such became infructuous.

3. In view of submission of learned counsel for petitioner stating that already the private complaint filed in C.C.No. 1856 of 2021 was disposed of, the prayer sought in this petition became infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
