Prayer in W.P.No.27627 of 2012:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Declaration, declaring the Dental Council of India Revised MDS Course (2nd Amendment) Regulations, 2007 comprised in the Dental Council of India Notification No.DE-22-2012 dated 31.05.2012 as unconstitutional and illegal.

Prayer in W.P.No.27629 of 2012:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Declaration, declaring the Dental Council of India Revised BDS Course (5th Amendment) Regulations, 2007 comprised in the Dental Council of India Notification No.DE-22-2012 dated 31.05.2012 as unconstitutional and illegal.
