When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a settlement agreement was entered into between the petitioner and the respondent on 28.06.2023 and hence, this petition may be dismissed as settled out of Court.

2.The original copy of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties is produced before this Court and it becomes the part of the order.

3. In view of the settlement agreement arrived between the parties, this petition is dismissed as 'settled out of court'.
