This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation and act upon the survey charges collected from petitioner dated 30.04.2015 vide receipt No.W.No.492473 respectively made by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 2.According to the petitioner, she made a representation to the respondents requesting them to make a survey and she had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
also paid necessary survey charges for the same on 30.04.2015. Since, no action has been taken on the said representation the petitioner has come forward with this Writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had one Paripooranam has encroached upon the plot allotted to the petitioner.
4. Mr.M.Rajasekar, learned Standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
