O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection and allow the petitioner to put up fencing in S.F.No.301/1B, admeasuring 1 acre, situated at West Thottam, Mylapuram, Sangaramannallur North Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tirupppur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. After a period of two years, the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking police protection cannot be considered.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action. If any such representation is received from the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, after giving them an opportunity of personal hearing, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
