Learned counsel for the appellants had taken steps only to implead the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant and not for the first appellant. Ms.Rekha, learned representing counsel for the petitioners is not able to state any reason for the same. Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel on record for the petitioners is also not present before this Court. Hence, these applications are dismissed.
