Respondent(s) PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, direct the 1st respondent to survey and fix the field boundaries of the petitioners property comprised in Survey No. 97/3L at Nallakutlahalli Village, Pappireddipatty Taluk, Kadathur Sub Registration District, Dharmapuri District having an extent of 46 cents, issue separate patta with police aid of the 2nd Respondent at the time of survey and also in setting up the fencing of the petitioners aforesaid property in pursuance

of petitioners online application dated 05.12.2025 and his representation dated 05.02.2026.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application dated 05.12.2025 and a representation dated 05.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner had submitted an online application on 05.12.2025 and a representation on 05.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. Mr.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

4.Since no adverse orders are passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 5.No prejudice will be caused to the 1st respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 1st respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the 1st respondent, the 2nd respondent shall

render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
