This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.789 of 2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that co-accused filed a quash petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7117 of 2015 and the same was dismissed by an order dated 03.06.2015. Thereafter, the said co-accused filed Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court of India for modification and the same is also modified.

4. Considering the Calendar Case of the year is 2010, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tamabaram, to complete the trial process in C.C.No.789 of 2010, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
