This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.8 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police registered for the offence under Sections 420, 406 & 34 of IPC, as against the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent / police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.8 of 2018, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore and the same has been taken on file 3.
