This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 146 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.1000/-.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that due to mistake committed by the Advocate's Clerk, court fee was miscalculated and later the bundle was mixed up with disposed bundles.

Therefore, the delay.

3.Considered the reason stated for delay in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1,000/- in the above Second Appeal, the reason stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner is accepted and the delay is condoned and the Petition is ordered as prayed for.
