ORDER
Suo Motu the Assistant General Manager, Office Administration, State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Chennai 600006 is impleaded as 4th respondent in the writ petition.
2.The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a direction to examine the review petition filed by the petitioner on 12.06.2023, by which review petition, the petitioner seeks to set aside the order of dismissal passed by the second respondent on 19.07.2003 and confirmation of such dismissal order passed by the first respondent on 15.11.2003. 3.It is however contended on behalf of the respondents that the competent authority to examine this particular representation given by the petitioner in the
nature of review is the Assistant General Manager, Office Administration, State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Chennai 600006. It is for that fact, Suo Motu the said official had been impleaded as further respondent in this writ petition. 4.A direction is given to the newly impleaded respondent to examine the review petition given by the petitioner on 12.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders after examining the records with in a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the proposed respondent had been directed to examine the review petition, which review petition had been filed as against an order of dismissal from service, I am not entering into any discussion of the facts stated and or on the merits of such facts. 5.The writ petition stands disposed of.
