This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent School to pay the difference of salary to the petitioner for the period from 12.08.2016 to 10.10.2016 and salary for the period from 01.12.2017 to 31.03.2018 and 01.06.2018 to 24.11.2019 as agreed in the communication dated 30.11.2023.

Ms.Abitha Banu, learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 filed a Memo dated 04.03.2024 by stating that the respondents 3 to 5 are willing to deposit the difference of salary to the petitioner. The said memo is recorded. 3.

In view of the undertaking given by the respondents 3 to 5, without prejudice to the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 3 to 5 are directed to pay the difference of salary to the petitioner, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above, this Petition is allowed.
