This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the order of anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent/accused by an order dated 25.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.30059 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 2nd respondent submitted that earlier though this court by an order 25.01.2023 modified the condition to deposit the amount from Rs.3,00,000/- to Rs.1,00,000/-, the 1st respondent has not complied the condition. Hence, he prayed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to her.

3. The learned counsel for petitioner also contended that the 1st respondent failed to deposit the modified amount as directed by this court. Hence, he prayed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to her. 1\3

4. On considering the conduct of the 1st respondent/accused, it reveals that she is not cooperating with the investigation as well as not complying the condition imposed by this court. Hence, this Court is inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent/accused on 25.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 30059 of 2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
