O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2014 in accordance with law, within a time frame.

2. Mr.M. Subramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation to the 2nd respondent as early as on 07.10.2014, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order sofar.

3. Ms. A. Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2014 in accordance with law, within a time frame.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2014 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
