Learned counsel for the third respondent/garnishee in these applications, on instructions would submit that no money is due and payable to the respondents 1 and 2/defendants 1 and 2 in the suit C.S. (Comm.Div.) No.33 of 2024.

2.The same is disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2/defendants 1 and 2.

3.In case the respondents 1 and 2/defendants 1 and 2 have any claim against the third respondent, they have to take an independent legal action against the third respondent and in these applications, the said plea cannot be considered by this Court.

vga 5.In view of the order passed in A.No.946 of 2024, since the relief sought for in O.A. No.113 of 2024 and A.No.948 of 2024 are similar reliefs, the said applications are also closed.
