ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the non-compliance of the order made in W.P.No.11949 of 2017, dated 13.06.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent had complied with the orders of this court by passing an order dated 02.01.2018.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondent had passed an order on 02.01.2018.

4. In view of the said order being passed, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. The contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the 1st respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
