In compliance with the order dated 15.06.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a demand draft for Rs.90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand only). According to the petitioner, this amount represents 50% of the total arrear compensation. The said demand draft is handed over to the respondent after placing a photocopy of the same on the record of this Court. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to this petition for condonation of delay being allowed.

2.Considering the fact that the petitioner has complied with the order of this Court dated 15.06.2026 by producing a demand draft for 50% of the arrear compensation amount, and noting that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, the delay of 136 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 7010 of 2026 is hereby condoned 3.Thus, the petition is ordered.
