Prayer : Writ Petition filed under 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent for Revaluation of the three Law papers i.e., Law Paper - I, Law Paper - II and Law Paper - III in the Main examination conducted on 04.11.2023 and 05.11.2023 for the post of the Civil Judge in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service in Notification No.12/2023 dated 01.06.2023 published by the 1st respondent in respect of Registration No.1701001052 and Application No.2312009284 within a stipulated time.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The prayer is for a Mandamus directing re-valuation of the three Law Papers of the petitioner in the examination conducted for recruitment of Civil Judges in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service.
2. The Notification issued by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission is very clear to the effect that no request for re-valuation or retotalling of marks in the answer sheets of the Preliminary Examination and Main Examination will be entertained.
3. In view of the clear terms of the Notification, we do not think the prayer for Mandamus can be granted. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
