ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to transfer the final report filed in Crime No.330 of 2019 on the file of the Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Land Grabbing Court No.II, Allikulam to Special Court, CCB/CBCID cases, Egmore.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the jurisdiction of the land grabbing Court itself is now a subject matter of challenge before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Court deems it fit to transfer the final report filed in Crime No.330 of 2019 on the file of the Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Land Grabbing Court No.II, Allikulam to the Special Court for CCB/CBCID cases, Egmore. The Special Court for CCB/CBCID cases, Egmore, is directed to take cognizance of the final report filed in Crime No.330 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed further to complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
