ORDER

The contempt petition is posted today for the appearance of the respondent.

2. The respondent filed a Sub-application requesting to dispense with his personal appearance.

3. The respondent has already complied with the order passed by this Court by issuing Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.258 dated 14.10.2015. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, the contempt petition is closed and the sub-application is also closed.

4. The respondent is directed to pay the amount due to the concerned petitioners, pursuant to the orders in G.O.(Ms).No.258 dated 14.10.2015 within a period of 30 days from today.
