ORDER

This revision petition is filed to expedite the hearing and dispose of the case in EOP No.74 of 2020, which is pending on the file of the Principal District Court at Cuddalore since 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner warranted that the purpose will end in futility, if it is not disposed of expeditiously. He added that none of the respondents have filed counter and the matter is getting delayed.

3. This Court finds merit in this revision petition and directs the Principal District Court at Cuddalore to dispose of case in EOP No.74 of 2020 within a period of six months from today.
