ORDER
By virtue of the interim order passed by this Court on 01.09.2015, the following directions were issued. ● So far as investigation in "(i) Cr.No.155 of 2015 on the file of Muthandikuppam Police Station;
(ii) Cr.No.255 of 2015 on the file of Neyveli Town Police Station;
(iii) Cr.No.293 of 2015 on the file of Thiruppapuliyur Police Station; and (iv) Cr.No.272 of 2015 on the file of Neyveli Town Police Station is concerned, they are transferred to the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Neyveli Sub Division, Cuddalore District, who shall conduct the investigation in these cases and take action in accordance with law.
. So far as CSR No.659 of 2015 is concerned, the complainant is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Porur Police Station and submit the recorded conversation, so that he can take action against the offenders.
.The Superintendent of Police, Cuddalore District is directed to immediately afford protection to the family of Sivaramakrishnan, so that no harm befalls them.
. If any specific incident of intimidation occurs in the meantime, the aggrieved party shall immediately lodge a complaint to the Superintendent of Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken against the offenders".
2. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, if any of the above directions are not complied with, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court by filing an appropriate petition.
