Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section under Section 439(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to modify the condition the petitioner's shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily 9.00 AM., until further orders. The condition which is being imposed to the complied without any deviation. No further applications will be entertained for 30 days in Crl.M.P.No. 323 of 2026, dated 27.01.2026 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri. ORDER
Earlier the trial Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 323 of 2026 by order dated 27.01.2026 with certain conditions imposed on the petitioner, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.5(c) of the order which reads thus:

5(c). the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 9.00 A.M., until further orders. The condition which is being imposed to the complied without any deviation. No further applications will be entertained for 30 days.
2.Now, the present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the above condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, dated 27.01.2026. 3.After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.323 of 2026, dated 27.01.2026 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.5(c) which reads as follows:- 5(c). the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 7.00 P.M., until further orders. The condition which is being imposed to the complied without any deviation. No further applications will be entertained for 30 days. 4.The rest of the conditions remain intact.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 16.02.2026 2/4
