The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent herein for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.02.2016 passed in WMP.No.6257/2016 in W.P.No.7045/2016.

When the matter was called today, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent would submit that since the main Writ Petition in W.P.No.7045/2016 along with other writ petitions are pending consideration, till the outcome of the said writ petitions, a Senior most Play Ground Instructor as on to-day shall be considered for the post of Stadium Officer, therefore, recording the same, the present Contempt Petition may be closed.

Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Contemnor, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
