ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 03.10.2013 made in IA.No.88 of 2013 in OS.No.130 of 2009 by the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam. 2.

On 11.11.2020, the learned counsel who appeared for the petitioners reported no instruction from the petitioner. As such, the name of the learned counsel for the petitioners was deleted and the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioners in the cause list. Even today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners before this Court in person or through pleader. 3.

Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
