Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in in Crl.MP.No.11846 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14118 of 2021 dated 18.11.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
