C.M.P.No.6640 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 272 days in representing the CMA.SR.No.58537 of 2019; C.M.P.No.6641 of 22020 has been filed to condone the delay of 299 days caused in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.20,200/- in the above CMA.SR.No.58537 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, the delay in both the petitions stand condoned and both the petitions are ordered accordingly.
