(2)To stay all proceedings in OS No.725 of 2009 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court No.III, Salem(in CMP.No.4258 of 2021)pending disposal of the above CRP(PD).No.486 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for Extension of time on date and persuing the earlier order date of 22/07/2021 and (i)letter dated 14.09.2021 vide D.No.1090/2021 From the III Additional District Munsif, Salem, this court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.Considering the request of the learned III Additional District Munsif, Salem and also the circumstances shown for further extension, the time is extended for further three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.725 of 2009.
