ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel 1/3

appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Original Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Present Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as being settled out of Court. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
