ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner and only petition enquiry is pending in this case.

2. In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the petitioner to appear for enquiry before the respondent, for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required. The respondent is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
