BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, RAYAKOTTAI POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI TALUK AND DISTRICT CR.NO.617 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition as per the order in Crl.OP.No.3035 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021 to give the surety at Judicial Magistrate Court at Thirupur. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition as per the order in Crl.O.P.No.3035 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021.

2. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to surrender and execute the sureties before the concern Magistrate Court viz., learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District. The petitioner has filed the present modification petition before this Court to modify the above condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court cannot be modified and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties before the Concerned Court viz., learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
